Location

The property is located in Carrasqueiro, about 10 miles North of Albufeira, which is central in the Algarve. It is well positioned, being off the main tourist trail, but within easy reach of some excellent resorts, beaches and other places of interest.

The House

Casa Limoeiro is a typical Algarvean property in appearance, but has recently been completely refurbished with modern conveniences and equipment. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower/toilet. The second and thrid bedrooms both have twin beds. It has a comfortable lounge and a fully-equipped, sizable kitchen. The house is also equipped with Sky TV, giving access to UK terrestrial channels and news channels, and there is a CD player.

The Exterior

There is a shady terrace across the front and at the back is a private, illuminated swimming pool, 10.5 metres by 4.8 metres. Its depth is more or less constant at about 1.3 metres. The pool is surrounded by loungers, sun umbrellas and a barbecue.

Pleasant views are seen from the garden with olive, orange and lemon trees around and distant hills. It is a quiet area, with just the normal sounds of the countryside. Rain rarely falls from May to September.

Flights & Car Hire

Faro Airport can be reached by frequent flights from most UK airports at reasonable prices and it is often possible to find real bargains on the net. There are many car hire services in the area and hire can often be arranged in conjunction with your flight. Hire prices are much cheaper than in the UK.
